Do the prices include graphic printing?
For all items that require a graphic banner, the price includes 1 custom full color printed graphic banner based on the customer's artwork file. Also included when applicable is the canvas carrying case for the stand and banner.


How do you print the graphic banners?
Our graphic banners are printed using high resolution (1440dpi) digital large format inkjet printers. The ink we use to print is a high quality UV-ink , which is resistant to sunlight damage and bleeding. We also laminate and coat each banner as appropriate to maintain the quality and durability.


What are the technical specs for the artwork and how do I submit the artwork?
Please refer to our technical specs page for all the details on how to submit your artwork to us for printing and what settings to have the files saved as.


When do I expect to receive my order?
All orders placed without custom printed graphics will ship in 1-2 business days as we stock all of our products in house. US orders ship via UPS Ground for estimated delivery of 5-7 days. International orders estimated delivery time is 12-15 days. For our custom printed items, we have to receive the digital artwork files from the customer and create the custom item(s) and they will ship in 6-10 business days (expedited orders may be fulfilled for an extra charge) plus another 5-7 days for shipment delivery. Faster shipping services are available at extra charges.


How are your prices so low?
At Numart Display, we strive to help our customers achieve the best value for their money. That means we deliver high quality products and perform our best work while having our low prices. We keep our overhead costs low, and as a result, we extend our savings to our customers. Our prices are quite low, but our quality in our products, work, and customer service is second to none.


What are the payment options?
Orders placed can be securely paid via our secure credit card form (SSL secured). We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards. In addition, we can accept company checks or money orders via the mail as well. Please read our privacy policy for more information on how secure our payment options are over the internet.


What is the return policy?
At Numart Display, we guarantee your full satisfaction on all the products you receive, in relation to its finished state and its product description. As almost all of our products are custom printed and made, we can only offer exchanges for any incorrectly made items (maufacturing defects) and not cover any damage from misuse, mishandling, transport, shipping. Any product errors will most likely not occur as we check everything to make sure it is exactly as our customers have requested. However, in the unlikely event that an error is made and not caught by Numart Display, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of product delivery date) to request a return authorization and start the exchange as quickly as possible. For more details, please review our terms and conditions. Please e-mail our Customer Service Department at sales@numartdisplay.com or call within 7 days of the delivery date to receive authorization and exchange instructions. No refunds on printed products and/or used products.

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges vary according to order size and weight and delivery address. Shipping is automatically calculated upon checkout. Faster shipping services (3day, 2day, next day) are available at extra charges.


What is the tax policy?
Only orders shipped within California, USA are taxed the current sales tax of 8.75% as we are located in California.
